Returns

We want you to love your Levrane purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that sale items and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@levrane.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products, however if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@levrane.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Items damaged due to improper installation or handling are not covered under this policy.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Final sale or clearance items
